QUESTIONS

  • We are senior citizens. A bank is offering us a home loan that we assumed was fixed interest-the rate dropped a fraction, even-then I happened to notice an unfamiliar phrase with a tiny checked box-'demand feature'. I looked it up: the bank can demand payment, calling the loan, at any time without giving a reason. It said that some states prohibit that practice. Is Arizona one? Calling the loan could destroy us and force the property into foreclosure.
  • I own my home as sole and separate property and I am filing for divorce. My husband refuses to leave. What can I do?
  • Does the Arizona Revenue Service have something similar to the IRS' Mortgage Debt Relief Act of 2007? If you have a foreclosure and subsequent debt forgiven, does Arizona add it to your income or do they have a provision to exclude it (similar to the IRS' Mortgage Debt Relief Act of 2007)?
  • Can you take an intermediate leave in carring for your son?
  • I would like to know what forms or papers I need to fill out and then file with the courts to get a court date to evict a tenant, and also where I can find them or a link.
  • Don't a manger of a mobile home park have to give the tenant notice of any changes in the park
  • If I was charged with aggrivated assault with a deadly weapon, is there any way to seal my records or does this charge stay on my record for good. What are all the guidelines?
  • Nephew and ex sister in law have power of attorney of my brother who had heart attack and stroke. they put joes vehicles in nephews name, and arent paying bills like thdy should be, ie, mortgage is 5000 behind. Running up credit cards, and say theyre going to file bankruptcy on joe Isnt this against the law???
  • Can my mom get a judge to make me stay at home even though I'm 18 until I graduate highschool?
  • In 1990 my claim for PTSD was denied. I did not receive the claim denial letter, because I was imprisoned. I suffered with PTSD for another 30 years. Following a diagnosis of prostate cancer I again filed a claim for agent orange exposure along with another claim for PTSD. The agent orange claim was denied, but the PTSD was rated 100% service connected. I asked that the effective date be the original claim date in 1990, but that was denied. I am seeking help in appealing this to the claims court.
