My ex husband and my self are going to court to modify our child support since our oldest child turned 18. My question is since we divorced he had 2 other childred after ours that he now pays support for. If you have been unemployed due to COVID-19. I Paid this months rent and have three months remaining on a lease, can you be released. I’ve lived there over two years and have always paid on time. I asked the lady in the office and she was very rude and said that I have to pay for every month. I’m trying to do the right thing and let them know I am now financially strained.

my daughter is on dialysis and I have filled out an fmla @ work in case I have to take time off to care for her. They are wanting to change my hours which will conflict with my daughters dialsis. I don't go with her but I do care for her daughter so she may have her treatments as well as preparing dinner for both of them because she is too tired when she gets home. my question is will the fmla protect me against them changing my hours so I can continue providing care for my grandaughter so my daughter can get the treatments she needs

I missed my initial hearing for unemployment last june due to a misunderstanding on the directions i have since filed for appeals as i keep getting denied. i am on my last one it seems i am trying to prove good cause for missing my first hearing. i was advised by the az gov office to seek legal advice. I feel i had good cause i understood i had a phone hearing and i was not going to be present so i did not need to call in advance as directd onpage one. the directions are misleading. what can i do to prove good cause? i did not know that good cause was te case until after my 1st appeal thanyou
