  • We rented a property in San Tan Valley. We went through a rental property company. Do I take them to small claims for not getting all deposit back or the owners? I also need to know what county. The house is in one county and the rental management in another. They are charging us for one palm and two small plants to be replaced. Nothing else died.
  • Our lease on our Apt. ended and we had a three month extension. The three months are up and we are moving. the Apt are coming at us saying we are liable for another months rent. The apt. is claiming a 30 day vacancy notice but the lease is already up. i also had one roomate leave and another move in during the lease period.
