  • I have had a roach problem even before I moved into this unit. I have gotten sprayed several times and baited and have yet to resolve the issue. Can i get out of my lease if this is not resolved
  • I've lived at my current address for 2 years now I've been having issues with getting my mail the postman said he can no longer by law give me my mail because of my apartment doesn't exist I've told my landlord about this matter but I keep getting the run around about how it's the postman cause all of the issue and not the fact that my the landlord hasn't registered my apartment number. So what can I do within my rights?
  • I signed a lease renewal in May 2019 that states (One year term), but the end date is incorrect, ending six months (November 30th) from the renewal date. My landlord is telling me that I have to renew again and pay associated fees to do so. Is my original renewal good for one year, or six months based on Arizona State law?

This company also was not the coroner designated on call mortuary for this particular month? I feel this is a scam, what can I do?
  • I live in a apt complex and i am a section 8 tenant that pays zero rent and is required to pay only utilities.. therefore the apt complex charges the tenants a monthly water bill that is not included in the rent amt... is the mgr. here at apt complex allowed to charge a tentant late fees the same as in rental late fees .. for being late on paying t them for water bill ?? This is a new Mgr.. and previous Mgr. never charged me for being just one month late .. I dont even pay rent and he charged me over 800.00 for bill and fees Thanks to my son he came and saved me from being homeless.
  • Hello we recently had our wedding at a country club in Scottsdale. We have had multiple complaints that there were people under age being served liquor at the wedding. The country club even admitted to serving to one of the people. I have been going back and fourth with them in regards to why they were not asking for ID and they are coming up with an answer for everything. We already reported to country club that they were serving to minors but we want to know what we can do in regards to getting some of our money back. We paid almost 8000 for our wedding and had issues that night becuase of under age drinking and complaints. Out expectation of the country club was to ID people since we paid for an open bar. Is there anything else I can do besides reporting them? Thank You
  • We rented from a complex in Phoenix with a 13 month lease. We gave a 30 day notice and broke our lease after 6 months for my wife to take a job in PA. The lease states that we are responsible for the entire amount due UNTIL the apt is rented. That amounts to $11,000! It is now in collections, so I called to see if the apt. has been rented yet. I was not told if it has been, but the mgr. said it does not matter because we are still responsible for ALL of the rent, since we did not pay it all when we moved out. . Can they charge us for rent on an apt that is being rented? If so--RIDICULOUS
