  • this is more from my previous question. so my landlord told me on the phone that she is really kicking me out because I went behind her back and called section 8 they came out and tested to see how hot is was in my house it was 92 so they gave her thirty days to fix it and she did on the last day Iif the thirty days these other things she has on the notice are bogus and I need to find a way to prove it also she sent me a text saying she would rather kick me out and have me lose my housing that to have me there unhappy I still have the text messages

My husband and I purchased a house in Cave Creek with a VA loan closing in May 2019. To make it "easier" for my Landlord I found him a replacement tenant. She was accepted. My nightmare began.....she had the house - my purchased house fell out....the LL ignore me.......literally making me vacate the premises so the new tenant could move in. I was verbally abused - my property thrown on the driveway. I was homeless. Help?

  • I was arrested on a criminal charge. I was read Miranda and I asked for an attorney. At 11am the next day, I was taken before a judge. She read the charges and set bail. Then I was taken to another holding cell that had phones. Two questions: 1)What's the name of that hearing? 2)Why did I not have an attorney present, or at least someone to explain what was happening? I watch the news and see the same courtroom with attorney's representing the accused.

My case doesn't qualify for legal aide, because, it is an Intentional Tort. Is it possible to sue the abuser without an attorney? Hiring a lawyer is not an option, because, I can't afford it.   • My landlord has sold the house I am renting. I have 10 months left on the lease. The new home-owner is not buying the house as "occupied". I have agreed to move out.   • We rented from a complex in Phoenix with a 13 month lease. We gave a 30 day notice and broke our lease after 6 months for my wife to take a job in PA. The lease states that we are responsible for the entire amount due UNTIL the apt is rented. That amounts to $11,000! It is now in collections, so I called to see if the apt. has been rented yet. I was not told if it has been, but the mgr. said it does not matter because we are still responsible for ALL of the rent, since we did not pay it all when we moved out. . Can they charge us for rent on an apt that is being rented? If so--RIDICULOUS
