I just recently moved from California and can’t see to find info on these admin and late fees. I paid a $265 admin fee during application process. After I moved in something went through causing that payment to bounce back. I received a 5 day notice to pay that says my “rent” is late and also assessed a $10 day late fee. 1. Can I be evicted over an admin fee. 2. Is this form correct in stating its “rent” 3. Are these late fees legal and can they evict me over them 4. Can I be evicted over a reversed admin fee?

My 85 year old mother passed away suddenly on May 25. 2013. She had a lease and a security deposit of $200.00. The apartment complex has suddenly (after 3 months of attempting to get it returned after perfect walk through results) decided that I am not able to get any security deposit. Also, refuse to return my extra monies paid to stay for 14 days to remove my mother's items. I was assured that all of the money would be returned to me but now that they have a new owner, they state that they will not return any of the money that they agreed to return to me. AZ law states that they were to notify me within 14 days if any problems with refund with her security deposit or they have to pay double the amount back. Is this applicable in this case? I have continuously attempted to contact them regarding this issue and I finally got a bunch of passing the blame answers and this is three months late.

i LIVE IN A SENIOR MOBIL HOME PARK, WE HAVE JUST FOUND OUT IT HAS BEEN SOLD AND THE NEW OWNERS ARE BUILDING AN ASSISTED LIVING HERE. WE NEED TO KNOW OUR RIGHTS, WHAT THEY CAN DO TO US. My mother is 85 and being treated by a naturopathic doctor. My sister and I are concerned that the care she is getting is harming her overall health. We have contacted the Naturopathic Physician Medical Board to file a complaint. They are willing to move forward and subpoena her medical records for review. The problem is that they say there is no way to keep this physician from mentioning it to our mother. We feel that our mother puts an abnormal amount of "faith" in this physician and that she has been, for lack of a better word, "brainwashed" into believing that he can do no harm. We want to proceed without fear that he will convince my mother that we are "the bad guys." What do we need to do to proceed without fear that he will discuss this with our mother? Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

My landlord was supposed to only go into the basement threw the basement door the one day with the plumber. She ended up walking all threw my home and told me about my child's room and drawers were went threw. But she claims my 8 lb yorkie dog and pooped on the floor and this was only 3 days after I moved in . She now gave me a eviction letter because of one piece of dog poop that I did not see and was not there when I got home from work. I always keep dog in cage while I'm not home .
