The state of arizona is trying to force me to repay my unemployment insurance. They state I wasn't eligible because I was married, and I have never been married ever. I missed my hearing because I never received a letter and now they want to garnish my wages because of this. What can I do and do I need to hire an attorney?

I live with my ex girlfriend. It has become turbulent. The past year plus she has physically/verbally/objects thrown at me/harassing email-text/threats on my life-police-suing me etc. This is a daily event. I have been told by family to file a PFA. She has no car and we dont know anybody here(From out of state). I work at home and pay 99% of the bills. Along with all the above issues my business is is also affected affected(I am forced out of the apartment almost daily). I am concerned that if I get a PFA they will ask me to leave because I have a car(she does not)--now what?-plus im a guy?

I work for a security company here in Tucson and was made aware that they will charge anyone who quits without notice even in the middle of a shift a $200 fee. I was under the impression that as Arizona was an Employment at will state that you could end employment whenever for any or no reason without any kind of penalty. Am I correct in thinking this?

Can my landlord claim any damages and keep my security deposit if the house is in foreclosure?

Moved in to an apartment. AC never ran correct. Notified landlord several times. Electric was constantly shorting out. Landlord did nothing. Had hollow core door for front door.. faulty locks, serious bug problem, he charged us 1100 deposit for 550 rent. We vacated in 2 1/2 months. Never signed a lease or rental agreement. Trash all around complex. He refused to refund our deposit. Can we get it back in full?

My grandparents live in a 55+ senior living community that adamantly refuses to allow even quiet, inside pets. My grandparents own their trailer. Do they, being the owners of their home, have the right to a quiet pet that lives exclusively indoors? If not, why?

Me and my wife are getting a divorce we have one kid together, we both have same equal rights but my wife is trying to take my son from me, she has no job no high school education, she's still an independent living with her parents who are on section A she can't even live there.
