  • I am curious about the 90 day requirement to file a lawsuit for a deficiency on a foreclosed home. In my case, I had a purchase money loan and a second mortgage from the same lender. After the foreclosure, the lender has continued to keep the second mortgage in an "open" status. Is the lender barred from suing on the second mortgage past 90 days of foreclosure or do they have up to the 6 year AZ statute of limitations to sue?

His name is not on the birth certificate. We already broken up before I got pregnant & I was already planning on moving to AZ b/c all of my family/ support is here as I have none in NE. He too was originally planning on moving to AZ when I told him the news and later changed his mind. Which court would have jurisdiction? Can NE make me move back with the twins?
  • We rent a home through a property manager. We received a fine from the HOA regarding my husbands work truck. This rule is in a design builds document that we never received or agreed to at move in. We are refusing the fees and think this should void our lease since we only signed the CC&r's and the rules and regs. We weren't told about this and never would have rented a house that didn't allow a work truck. Anything I can do from here?
