She allows her abusive boyfriend around my kids, on various occasions they have witnessed serious domestic violence in one occasion her boyfriend was arrested and she did an order of protection for her and protected persons included my children, within a week she dismissed the order of protection, and allows him to be around my kids. They are still dating. i have police reports, is there possibility to get them back?

Our leasing company who operates nation wide told me their contractors are legally obligated to tell them if they see or hear pets. (We don’t have one but our neighbors does, these houses are squished together) now they are trying to force fees with out me signing anything. We just bought a home in Arizona. I am a 100% disabled veteran living in a hot box for the past 5 weeks.We had an inspection done before and everything was fine. We have been in the house for 5 weeks and have had a different air conditioning repair person here more than 5 times with a different reason each time. Now we have flooring from the kitchen, entry way, and laundry room that needs to be replaced because of water damage from the air conditioner. Do we have any recourse against the home inspector? I called her and she said she would refund the inspection fee, but it wasn't her responsibility for the repairs now. Every penny we have went to purchase this house and we bought a home warranty so we wouldn't have to worry about problems. The warranty company of course claiming pre-existing conditions for things, so we have to fight to get some of the costs covered with them. Is there any help for us?

My ex-wife and I have joint physical and legal custody of our two children. I carry their health insurance, by court order. My ex-wife has issues with our son at home, which we do not experience in our home. He has anger and agression issues, and is now acting out at school. She took him to a therpist who recommened he be medicated, and she wants him medicated as well. I do not support this, but she said I do not have a say in the situation. She will not provide me with the name of the doctor or drug. Can I file something with the court to keep my son from taking the medicine?

My ex and I were never married. We have a two-year old son. He has court ordered visits twice a week. He is currently homeless. he cannot be trusted with the child and the child has come home from visits unfed and with a dirty diaper and dirty clothes. When we take him to visit, they're usually at his mother's house- but she moved out of state. Now he refuses to tell me where the visits will be. I'm wondering, with him being homeless, can I break the court ordered visits? We have court again the second week of September.
