I currently live in an apartment. The complex charges for the general water sewer and trash but they also charge for a trash service separate from the az trash fee and it is not optional according to the leasing office. Are they allowed to do this or would this type of service have to be considered and option for residents to want to do? Is it illegal to charge for 2 trash services?

In 2005, I had double strokes which left me unable to walk, memory loss,or to feed myself. My youngester daughter always took care of me. During that time I lived by myself in my home. My only son volunteered to stay with me in my home and take care of me. He lied to me in Dec. '06 and made me sign over the title of my home. He no longer wanted to take care of me so he told my oldest daughter to take me for the weekend while he changed the locks to my home. My oldest daughter then took me to my grandaughter's home and left me there. Now I am living with my youngest daughter and want my home back. I was in no mental condition to know what was going on, I trusted my only son.

I am currently going through a divorce, where there is no custody established, and am pregnant. I have been put on strict bedrest. I am trying to move to Nevada where I will have more help from my older children's father and be able to be on bedrest like I'm supposed to. Would I be able to file a petition for relocation with a minor, and temporarily move before the 60 days, without getting in trouble for it. And will it effect how they decide custody. Also, I have a PO against the other parent, and there has been domestic violence toward me and the children during our marriage.

We would like to start the Divorce process ourselves, when we file the Petition do we have to submit a parenting plan at that time if we are planning on joint custody of our two minor children. Having trouble just getting started, thank you.

I own a mobile home in a 55+ community. I currently have no income and can not afford to pay the lot rent. Can my daughter age 22 and friend age 20 move in and live there without me being there? Otherwise I lose everything and that is presently what is happening. I have tried selling but the park says that the person wanting to buy must fill out the background check in front of them, so those interested have not been able to buy due to the fact that most are out of state. I need help NOW, as I have to leave very soon and my daughter needs an affordable place to live.
