  • Was arrested Friday at 2100 hours for aggressive assault D.V. in Arizona, I live in another state. Had my pre-hearing, the victim did not show up. Was told about the infraction and what can happen and given a bond. The judge stated that after 48 hours, if the there was no filing the case would be drop. The sheet from the court states the 48 hours on the bottom of the sheet. Can the state uphold what is on the sheet from the judge's court order. And if 48 hours has gone by, is the case dropped?
  • Teres minor repairs that the mobile home park maintenance has supposed to have had done there have not done the repairs with any reasonable time is it okay for me to have a higher my own maintenance person to have those maintenance items fixed and then charge the park 4 irepairs

  • I have rented this house for 8 years now. I have been fighting with my landlord because they do not fix anything. My stove was falling apart and I had to buy a new one. The most important thing is the old a/c unit used to clog and leak. It caused water to leak into the linen closet inside front bathroom. The old repair guy came out and took pictures but never came back. The property manager came out and took pictures because there is mold in that bathroom,m. My landlord has not fixed it, I cannot afford to move because I am helping my daughter with nursing school. What can I do?
  • How do i object to a petition for approval of ist account? Conservator has KNOWINGLY left items out of the inventory. This is the 2nd time.

My Ex said she is ok with asking me to pay $461/mo (up from 211/mo), which I can handle, but it looks like the law says that just because my Ex and I agreed on this does not mean the Judge can or will approve - it looks like he needs a compelling reason why the "guidelines" should not be followed. Will the judge ok our agreement, or insist the guideline be followed?
