I filed and received an Order Of Protection, including the exclusive rights to my house and property. That was around the 3rd of June. The Judge said they would serve it at no cost by that day or the very next day. They did not make it by on the same day. The next day everyone had to leave the house due to the house being chemically fumigated. So the Order was not served. I assumed they would return and they have not. Also the police have been back to the house since then due to the same reasons I acquired the Order. I told them about the Order and they made it seem like its not valid? Is that true?

In my divorce the Judge issued a Final Ruling months ago, but it seems there is no way to get a Final Decree. My ex keeps requesting delays claiming medical issues, but has provided no proof to the court of any medical issues. In the meantime I keep paying more and more temporary spousal maintenance and attorney fees. The Judge keeps approving my exs requests for more time. My attorney has filed a Final Decree with the Judge. How long can the Judge take to sign a Final Decree (months or years)? What else could my attorny do to push along my case? Instead of sending rent directly to him, my landlord has had me mail my rent as deposits straight to his bank. I have been using automatic bill pay through my bank, so it's been a hands off process for all involved. He just hit me with a five day notice to pay or vacate, claiming he is owed $11,000+ since April of last year! Is there anything in the law that protects a tenant from a landlord claiming non-receipt of payment months later if my payments in fact were lost and cashed by a 3rd party as it seems to be in this case? We just bought a home in Arizona. I am a 100% disabled veteran living in a hot box for the past 5 weeks.We had an inspection done before and everything was fine. We have been in the house for 5 weeks and have had a different air conditioning repair person here more than 5 times with a different reason each time. Now we have flooring from the kitchen, entry way, and laundry room that needs to be replaced because of water damage from the air conditioner. Do we have any recourse against the home inspector? I called her and she said she would refund the inspection fee, but it wasn't her responsibility for the repairs now. Every penny we have went to purchase this house and we bought a home warranty so we wouldn't have to worry about problems. The warranty company of course claiming pre-existing conditions for things, so we have to fight to get some of the costs covered with them. Is there any help for us?

We had custody of our grandchildren after their parents were arrested. Our son went to prison for 5 years. She was let go but she was charged with neglect. She completed her classes including drug rehab.
