I tried to access the Gila County Tax Assors link, but I keep getting the error message, "page not found".

QUESTIONS

  • As a renter in a property that is going up for sale on 4-22-08, how long do I have to move and find a place to live? The owner will not return my phone calls or my money?
  • In 2010 I was granted a bankruptcy, which included my home. However, the home wasn't foreclosed upon until 2011. Now, I want to purchase property. Does the date before I can get a loan count back to when the bankruptcy was granted or to the date of the foreclosure?
  • A mortgage company defrauded us, sold us on a refi from a 3.5% ARM to an 8% fixed before the industry crashed. Turns out the switched papers at the title company and put us back in an ARM with a pre-payment penalty. After Az Att Gen office sent a letter to them, did they finally modify our loan. 2 yrs later, I want to refi in to todays rates after no late payments and I am told since modified, never can refinance??? Also Att Gen office asked me to fill paperwork out for the settlement they reached with a Bank, I did, have heard nothing and the Bank says they will do nothing!
  • I have a balloon payment due this November. And I believe my house isn't even worth what I owe at this point. Is someone willing to lend in these cases? Should I be shopping for a fefinance this early? I know we are negative, but we love our house and know it will rebound one day, just need to get through this hard time. Any idea's? Thanks, Tomm

  • We had a house go to foreclosure and the lender ended up selling it. Now the bank of the second mortgage is trying to sue us for the deficiancy. the lot is less than 2.5 acres & house is single family. Can they do this or does this violate ARS title 33?

  • We currently have a mortgage on our home as well as a home equity line of credit. If the first mortgage company forecloses on our property, can the bank that we have a home equity line of credit sue us or file a judgement on us for the amount of the home equity line of credit we used?
  • When does a foreclosure come off a credit report? Seven years from the date the loan went into foreclosure, from the date of last payment or from the date of the sale at auction?
  • I am leasing a house threw a management company and found out that the house is in foreclosure and an auction date has already been set. The way I found out is the attorney for the lender posted the notice on our door not by the management company. I had to let them know. Am I still suppose to pay them the lease payment?
