My friend is abused by her mother. She needs help she does not kown what to do there have been multiple times where other had contacted the police and nothing happend. She is 16 and she is thinking about killing her self. She needs help what she/i do. She wants to live with my family and I is that any possibly of happening. The freind email is not her. Im afraid that Her mother her will hurt her.

My daughter was sexually abused by her father between the ages of 4-6. She is currently 30. The abuse took place in the state of TX. She is now sharing her story but we are unsure how to address this legally as it took place 24 yrs ago in another state. Please Help

My ex left to Mexico before our daughter was born. Came back only once to see her and has been MIA for almost 2 years now. He is hiding out in Mexico with his new partner to avoid child support and hasn’t even tried to check in on her in all this time but he pays for his other child and possibly checks in on him as well. so it’s just mine he has cut all ties with. Is this grounds for charges? If so, how would I go about that?

My daughter was repeatedly sexually assaulted by her father. Now he is trying to get access to her since the criminal investigation has not resulted in charges because there were no witnesses. How can I find a lawyer to protect her?

i would like to know if these siuations would be considered a form of child abuse. I consider them, but not sure if my view is correct. First to lock a child in there bedroom from 7 pm to 7 am note child is 4 yrs old. and has child is potty trained but must pee in room or in there pants to relieve themselves. I find this terribly wrong. next recently a crack pipe was found in bedroom of child the child has been known to freely walk to neibors where she possibly found pipe, i feel child should not be left alone long enough to walk to neibors house search around and return parent not aware ther

My husband has a 8 year old daughter ... and she lives with her mom but she dose not get the care she needs ... we have called cps to investigate the case.. but we have not gotten any more information on the case ... the social worker never picks up our calls or returns our messages.. we dont know what do his daughter wants to come live with us can my husband change her to a school near by with out legal paperwork and not get in trouble with law or where dose he need to go to try and get custody of his daughter we dont have the funds for a lawyer ... will he need a lawyer?

I'm 29 citizen of phoenix az. I have been thru a violent abused on my age of 8.9.10. Thru 16 . My dad was a domestic violence and and my mom let him violence fighting like I was another man, not his son.i help them with my five brothers younger, and clean up everithing . My ex-husband has been out of the picture for over 3 years. No child support, no contact with the three kids for this entire time. I re-married and my husband and I have taken care of them. I have full custody of my kids and wish to terminate his parental rights due to lack of contact and failure to be there for them in every sense of the word. He also lives in a different state and could have supervised visitations if he wanted to but has chosen not to. There’s also a history of domestic violence and alcoholism from his part therefore the supervised visitations.

I need help. My question is where can I apply for divorce and custody for my kids. The mom has a drinking problem and does not take care of my kids. She drinks constantly and leaves them alone unsupervised when I'm at work. The mom has 3 DUIs that I know.
