I was adopted at the age of 13 from Russia. My adopted American parents were abusive. At the age of 18 I left home. I have been homeless living with friends as I finished my high school diploma. I have not been able to pay anyone for living at their home. I have started community college full time, two of my classes are not college accredited as I was educationally deprive and have to catch up to take Eng. 101 and college math. I spend more time studying than the average student as English is my second language. I work 8 hours a week at a clothing store. I just started caring for a 90 year old lady, more than 20 hours per week, in exchange for a place to study & sleep. DES says I need to work 20 hours a week to get food stamps. Would my caring of the 90 year old count as working even though I do not get paid?

We are owners of a double wide in a moblie home park in Tucson.  We live out of state and for the last 5 months have received only partial payments and at this time a tenant is 4 months past due in agreed payments. We have had several issues with this problem, and feel we can no longer allow this person to occupy our property and would like to have someone tell us how we can go about serving notice for an eviction. We have read the laws of Arizona and know that a paper has to be obtained, filed, and paid for by us and then sent on to the occupant of property.  How can we start this procedure?

Me and my boyfriend have been living in an RV for the past year-and-a-half or so it's in his name and his ex-wife's name well everything is okay until he gets mad at me and wants me to leave and tries to kick me out when I'm here all the time and he's a truck driver it's only when he gets mad he tries to kick me out is there any type of law here in Texas that can prevent him from kicking me out

I have a park manager refusing me access to the community pool because of a late night swim when the gates were closed. No property was damaged. The only reason this is being blown out of proportion is because I had some colorful words with the "KING"(or so he thinks) neighborhood gossip. Him and management are close. They're taking action against me out of spite to make me feel inferior against them.Can I be arrested if I go swimming anyway and ignore the pool moniter? How long can she refuse an amenity I pay for? I own the home, rent the space. I don't know if that makes a difference. -Sara

there is a pfa on my husband for me. His mom lives with me. He is in jail is he still aloud to send letters to her with out it violating the pfa order?

I am researching a background for a potential employee. According to the report I received. This person has a conviction in AZ. The case # begins with the letter "R" and after 4 numbers, it has "PR". Without going through unecessary hoops, I am trying to find out what type of conviction that is.

I need a paper stating I completed community service from the courts to be placed on my s/o lease and was wondering how I go about getting that paperwork? and I have to have it signed by someone as well.Where would I be able to get proof if the court is my only option for where to get it?

My Brother is a 32 combat veteran of the 5th Special forces group. He was arrested yesterday for aggravated assault. He is heavily medicated due to injuries and may be a threat to his family. His wife called me yesterday asking me to help but I do not know what I can do. Can some one offer me some advice on what, as his brother, I can do?

I am a single mother(one child) and living on a Teacher's salary. I have a mortgage and a considerable amount of credit debt, plus student loans. I can make my house payment but am struggling to make any of the credit payments. Question is: Can I file Bankruptcy ( ch7) and keep my house. None of the debt was secured with my home.

My employer has us keep receipts (tickets with the food orders written on them) she is threatening to take $100 for every ticket that gets lost. More than 3 different employees handle these tickets along side the cashier daily. Is this legal for her to take $100 from the cashier if a ticket gets lost?
