  • A nurse friend of mine thought she was signing up for a BSN program with excelsior college through The College Network(TNC)but was never contacted even though they have taken out monies every month, approx. $600, when she called TNC said she could not withdraw and must pay the full amount.   • The apartment that I moved out of says I owe them money for a variety of things when I moved out.   • i would like to know if these siuations would be considered a form of child abuse. I consider them, but not sure if my view is correct. First to lock a child in there bedroom from 7 pm to 7 am note child is 4 yrs old. and has child is potty trained but must pee in room or in there pants to relieve themselves.   • I called the landlord re: the AC had went out and had provided him with my sons contact number. The landlord then called me at the time of my work on my personal cell and started to yell at me due to no contact with my son. At that time my son was on the phone with the AC tech. And now the landlord wants me to pay $100.00 towards the repair, but this has happened 3 times now and never had asked me to pay towards the repairs.
