I got arrested for criminal damage. Girlfriend lived with me at the house I own. She is not on any paperwork on my house. She has an order of protection against me so I can not go to my house. I need to get her out. Went to judicial court to get an eviction started. They said I cannot do an eviction until I give her a written notice first. I cannot have any form of contact with her. I'm not sure what I can do. Per our verbal agreement she was to pay rent on the 10th. She did not pay. All the bills are in my name. Can I turn the utilities off until she leaves?

I am renting a house with my family of 4. Our landlord is selling the house, and they told us they are going to put a lockbox on the house for showings. 1. Do we have a right to reject this for safety? 2. We need to provide "reasonable" access. How many showings a week would be reasonable? We want to tell them we will only allow X amount of showings per week. What would this number roughly be?

We have received numerous noise complaints. We addressed the issue multiple times. It was determined that the flooring was poor and that the plumbing in our apartment was broken (causes a loud banging anytime water is turned on). Leasing staff entered our apt. without permission and stated they discovered these things. We thought they found the source of the noise and would figure out a solution. Yesterday we received another 10 day noise complaint. My roommates and I are afraid of eviction and we aren't sure what the next steps should be.

My husband who participated in illegal drugs once in a while before we got married had become an addict. We haven't been married a year. Domestic abuse has occurred numerous times with me too afraid to call on him. However, they are getting worse. His name is the one in the house and he threatens to kick me out. Would this be grounds for annulment?
