My brother is the Trustee of our deceased Mother's estate. I have asked him on several occasions to give me copies of various documents and he has failed to do so. I have very little information regarding the Trust or the financial distributions. How can I get copies of those documents? He has since sold the house that our mother left to both of us but I have seen no money from that sale. He still refuses to give me any information. What can I do?

I was convicted of I believe class 6 and another felony in 2006 for theft. I was put on probation and was extended for payment was released from probation October 2014. Can get these expunged or what re my options? Also an I now get a passport? I just yesterday had to do a credit and criminal and he property managementsaid felony was not on background check why?

How can I legally kick out family members? I own home they have been staying with more for over a year. Some occasionally contribute to rent but mostly don't. I have asked severe times in past 6 months to love out now I have given a 2 month telling them by September 1st but doesn't look like ahyones making plans and just freeloading and being lazy and I can't take it anymore Mom brother, sister . I have been convicted of a DUI, which occurred in 2010. This is my first DUI and I have never had problems with the law ever before, nor since. I have been given 180 days in jail, or go to class and pay fines of about $2500.00, and nine days in jail. I do not currently have a job, but will find work after the nine days in jail. I do not have any funds at this time. I suffer from panic attacks and I am a member of CODAC Behavioral Health. I want to attend classes and complete the program. How can I avoid the 180 days in jail, as I have no funds?

Can child support be reinstated after the age of 18 if the child is disabled and cannot work? We are currently applying for disability for her, but it has not been established yet. In the meantime, medical bills are piling up.

I am a section8 tenant and recently found out that I am not responsible for any portion of the rent because The City of Phoenix Section8 pays the entire rent amount and has done so since I began living in the unit. I have paid $50/mth on top of what they get from section8. I was told thats what Im suppose to pay and have done so since I moved in. Now that I have this information, I would like a refund of the payments made that were made. What is the best way to formally request this money?
