Myself and my 5 sons were on AHCCCS but I canceled when I got married. Well now my husband and I are separated and I'm on SSI no other income. Can I re qualify for myself and my 5 sons or at least my 5 sons even if I'm still legally married?

My girlfriend and I have two children together. I would like to gain custody of them since she has been experiencing mental health issues and cannot take care of the children. I cannot afford a lawyer and have been told I cannot leave the state without her permission and was also told since the children's birth certificates establish I am the father and that they have my last name I can relocate with them. I can't get a straight answer !

I sent a maintenance request to my property management to fix my broken AC on Sunday. It's now Thurs. They are waiting for the owner to respond to getting a brand new AC unit. Am I entitled to have my rent pro-rated for the time it was broke after advising them as a tenant? What amount of time do they have to fix the problem before I can legally act?

I have a order of protection on my ex, he isn't supposed to contact me, and my address and stuff is protected. i need to establish my grandparenting rights to c.p.s. in AZ. i need to do this very soon for i have heard they (c.p.s.) may be planning to send my grandaughter to N.Y. to be with 'next of kin' her mother has stated the child has NO family here in AZ. truthfully she has more family here on my side (the fathers) than ever in N.Y. please help?!?!?!

I’m currently separated from my husband and looking into divorce we have two children one who’s biologicaly his and one which isn’t but he’s taken care of since 1yr and a half. I want full custody of my children because he doesn’t even live in the state. Will I be able to get full custody of them or at least our biological child and give him an hour or two of visiting time when he’s in the state ?
