  • I'm not happy with my marriage and my husband is saying he is moving out and he is taking our 5 year old from me. Possibly moving to Indiana. My background isn't perfect, mostly drug charges from the past. He will try to use it against me. Can he legally take my son. With out my knowledge. And if he dose move out, can I go take my son back. Can he take him, or is it kidnapping. What are my rights?
  • A large cactus in the backyard fell on September 1st; two days later the landlord acknowledged the fallen cactus. It is now October 13th and no one has come by for an estimate to remove it. Our son cannot go outside because he just wants to touch it. Do we hire someone to remove it and take it out of the rent? They also never reimbursed us for the exterminators who camea few times when we first moved in. They have never acknowledged, and denied the issue of the bugs. This had been an ongoing issue with them.
  • I have been divorced since 2003. I have been living with my exhusband since the divorce. My divorce decree calls for me to receive half of his pension. I have never asked for any alimony until now. How do I go about getting half of his monthly pension and some back pension too? I receive SSI each month.

Only he can access it or he hast to be present (he's abusive, i dont want him near me) What are my rights? Can an officer escort me to the unit? Is Public Storage that powerful as to withhold my things? Can i send public storage an affidavit to mail my things?

  • Our duaughter will not let us see our 2 yr old granddaughter. This may sound petty, and it is. It stems from a year ago, when we told her and her husband that they had to move out of our house. They had been living with us For over a year, with no plans to move forward any time soon. They were taking advantage, and their pets and they were destroying our house. They had a new baby, and we took care of her while they worked, and we worked also.. The time came that we had to tell them to go, after our daughter became verbally abusive to me one day. Are their rights for us at all?
  • My mother recently passed away while on hospice care. I did not have pre-arrangements made. Hospice offered to arrange services with the least expensive local funeral home. Since this is hospice' area of expertise, I agreed. This funeral home charged nearly twice what the other two businesses in the area charge. This company also was not the coroner designated on call mortuary for this particular month? I feel this is a scam, what can I do?
