Can a reposser take of a vehicle from a locked garage without permission from the owner?

My husband is in the army and is stationed in S. Korea until March of 2012. We have a 3 year old daughter who lives with me. My husband informed me that he wants a divorce. He's going to see if he can get one started on the base where he's stationed. Can he do that? Also, should I file for legal separation now, or do I need to wait until he's back. He's very irresponsible with money and I'm afraid he will incur more debt before we're divorced.

My boyfriend got arrested a few days ago in Phoenix for a supposed probation violation when he wasn't even on probation in the first place. The city of Scottsdale put a hold on him for an unpaid warrant from years ago for underage drinking and driving under the influence. The Phoenix jail said if I paid a bond of $50 dollars the charge of probation violation would be taken care of and then the city of Scottsdale would have 72 hours to pick him up or he'd be released. When I sent his mother to pay the $50 dollar bond they told her there was no $50 dollar bond and that the bond was $2,550 but that is what he owes the city of Scottsdale and they still haven't picked him up. Now they are telling him he is going to court AGAIN for the Phoenix charge and then after that they'll transfer him to Scottsdale to wait to go to court for those charges. I don't have a job or $2,550 dollars or anything worth nearly that much. I'm afraid he's going to end up being in jail PAST MY SCHEDULED C-SECTION. I'm due in 37 days. Any advice? Please help,.

I have supervised visitation with my children until my oldest daughters therapist says I can have unsupervised. Well my children's father has not been taking them to therapy and won't let me talk to them on the phone and refuses to work with me is that legal?

My boyfriend and I live in the same house as his father and a roommate, his father is always getting upset over nothing and instead of talking civilly with us, he yells and picks a fight, my boyfriend has anxiety as well as some other medical issues, and cannot deal with this, and it normally leads to loud verbal arguments. My question is are we able to get a no contact order on his father and roommate while we are living in the same house?

I live in a different state. My child was on probation in Arizona and even though my custody order allows me alt. holidays and 5 weeks during the summer, the probation dept. would not allow my child to come to my home to visit. Is this legal? Can the probation dept. overrule an existing custody order?

I have recemtly been told I have to relocate for work. My oldest son is 17 years old and graduates in a month. He has told me that he will not move, and when we go, he is "Disapearing". I told him he had to be emancipated to do this, and of course he responded "No one will ever get me". The child has has discplinary problems and typically does not do anything he is told". Is there some legal way of keeping this kid in check?

my husband & i filed for legal separation in 2001. we reconciled in 04/2003 and lived together as husband & wife in arizona until end end of september 2006. he has filed for a dissolution of marriage, according to arizona law, are the terms of the 2001 legal separation still valid?

I rent a single family home in Tucson Arizona and over the years the roof has sustained significant water damage due to negligence and poor construct. We recently received heavy rainfall and the roof leaked, causing the ceiling to collapse into the home. Landlord sent two roofing companies to inspect the roof, both said it’s unsafe but did not use the word uninhabitable so therefore landlord will not break lease. He has contracted for roof replacement but that means we are still in the home with various cracks through out the ceiling. Can I get my own evaluation done and get out of this lease?
