In 2017 I was applying for apartments and an eviction came back, I was unable to rent because of this eviction. The eviction is ACTUALLY from 2014 but lists as 2017. Secondly, I served/hand delivered and signed and dated a notice to the front office for vacating the lease due to domestic violence with a copy of my court order. THE DAY AFTER we were SUPOSSEDLY to be in court for eviction. There was a notice posted on the door AFTER I left the residence for domestic violence, and I had NO IDEA of this until 2017. Can this be removed?? And how???

If they must and have not what would be my next step in stopping the garnishment? Thank you
