I filed and received an Order Of Protection, including the exclusive rights to my house and property. That was around the 3rd of June. The Judge said they would serve it at no cost by that day or the very next day. They did not make it by on the same day. The next day everyone had to leave the house due to the house being chemically fumigated. So the Order was not served. I assumed they would return and they have not. Also the police have been back to the house since then due to the same reasons I acquired the Order. I told them about the Order and they made it seem like its not valid? Is that true?

I am currently caring for a 14 month old who isn't blood related at all. He has lived with me for over 9 months now and his mom left him at a friend's cuz she had been involed in an incident where cops were coming for her and she ran. She currently hS a warrent and is still on the run but has only asked about her son a handful of times and has not seen him since she left him that day in his stroller behind the house alone. Filed for divorce in NM a year and a half ago, moved to AZ in January of this year, have custody of my 2 children. Father still lives in NM rarely calls or writes kids and hasn't visited once. Paperwork in NM was not fully filed for visitation or custodial but divorce was finalized. How do I gain full custody in AZ now that we live here and have established our lives.

I moved into my apartment two months ago and realized that the front windo was broken upon moving in. They had someone look at it and get an estimate and turns out the window needs to be replaced. How long do they have to fix it? It’s been over a month already.

I live in senior apartments In Peoria AZ. My son who is trying to quit using drugs stayed with me for about 2 weeks waiting to go into rehab. About a week later I receive notice that due to excessive grease on my stove (of which there was VERY little of and I have photos to prove this) that if I didn't clean the grease they would terminate my residency and they refered me to AZ revised statute 33-1368 (A). After looking at this statute it has nothing to do with cleaning a grease from my oven or any other kind of upkeep on my residence but with having guests etcetera... they also said I have five days to clean it up or they will issue at termination. Is there anything I can do?

We are currently living in a mobile home and are being invaded by rats. Two months of the last five months we cannot use our heat or AC unit due to rat feces and them trying to nest in the vents. We have a dead rat smell in the home and my daughter is currently sleeping on the couch because of the smell. We have given a 10 day and it is past that time frame. We do not have a deposit to move. I was ticketed for criminal speeding when I was 17. Went to court and was told to do driving school to get rid of the charge. The charge hasn't been removed. The court clerk says that I was given the option for traffic school but doesn't know how to remove it. How would I remove it from my record? I feel it should be removed from the option of going to traffic school.
