I bought my mobile home and pay rent for the lot it was already on when I bought it. There are two very tall palm trees on the property. I am being told I need to have them trimmed at quite a high cost for me, as I am a fixed income senior. They look very much like they did when I moved in but do need trimming. Neither the park agent or management mentioned this to me during the purchase process. I don't own the land nor did I plant the trees. I am required to pay the property taxes, which is also a question for me. Thank you for any help or advice

My lease ends 4/31/11. I moved out 3/15/11. I did fulfill my contract obligation of providing the lease check for 4/1/11. My (old) landlord cashed that check 4/4/11 I found out that he moved someone in 4/1/11. Is it legal for him to cash my 4/1/11 check and move someone in, REGARDLESS if I still occupy the dwelling and/or if he made them pay for April or not? I would think that by my yearly lease contract, he is not allowed to move anyone in until 5/1/11 since he accepted and cashed my 4/1/11 check.

I have lived and worked in AZ since July 2009. My Ex-wife has not lived in CA. for over 8 years. She is the custodial parent of my 2 boys, one is 19 and the other is 17. I have a child support case in CA and they just garnished my wages and when I called them to transfer my case to AZ. They told me that I couldn't and that they had to transfer it to the custoodial parent's state. Well, I think she lives in Texas, but I have no contact with her or my boys. So, what I need to know is what do I have to do to get my case transfered out of CA. So, that I can do a modify my child support amount.

The landlord says water is included in the rent. I have a two bed room and he has decided to increase the rent because I am getting a roommate to afford the initial increase he has already made. I have a two bed room apartment and have lived alone for a year, one of the bedrooms are empty and he wants to raise the rent stating that having two people living in a two bed room means more water use. Do I have any rights here? I was paying $600.00, he raised the rent to $750.00 because he is the NEW owner and says it is necessary. Now he says he will raise it again.

I owned a house in 2005- when everything boomed it was way overpriced and there was a 1st and a 2nd. I went through a divorce and lost the home as it was upside down. It went into foresclosure and I never heard another word. This now 2019 and I received a letter in the mail saying the 2nd mortgage wants to settle with me for $5000 on a $92,000 note from that house- that was 13 years ago! Can they even do that? My house was upside down and then foreclosed on and sold.
