Our lease has no provision in regarding pest control and landlord being able to charge for pest control services if infestation is found. Our landlord is trying to do this to residents who are mostly SMI or disabled who only means is a monthly check and being on sec 8 or home inc. They don't understand they have rights and are afraid of being evicted as this is what they've been told. I know Residents whohave requested pest service and not received due to not being put on list for service and apts that have bug problems or infestations are being rented then tenants blamed for. I have rented this home for 7 months and during that entire time this house has had sewer cockroaches. Landlord has tried everything but they are still everywhere, especially in the kitchen, on counter tops, stove, cabinets and many other places.I want to break lease based on these conditions. Is this possible? Sewer roaches (American) carry numerous germs that can affect humans and pet health via diseases. What are my rights based on this situation? Can you please help me?

I was recently served papers concerning a request to modify child support. The order to appear was not signed by a judge and the paperwork was not complete. 1) Should I have received an Order to Appear from the court? 2) Since the papers were incomplete and not signed by a judge, do I need to respond? 3) If so, what papers should I file when the papers I was served were incomplete and not signed?

I pled guilty to attempted agg assault m1.Disposition is Agg assault m1.Did the court make a mistake? Probation agreement is agg assault m1, I pled to attempted assault. I don't get it.
