  • WE have paid a photographer $600 for items he has never provided and he now refuses to speak to us. We are based in the UK but I have family in Arizona who will attend on my behalf and we feel that a simple claim might just be ignored. Question is : How can we best ensure that we will have maximum clout when approaching the reclaimation of our monies?   • We are renting a home and found black mold in the kitchen cabinets and drywall. Informed the property management co. through email with pictures. They had us in a hotel the next day. We turned in letter from child's dr that says we need to be released from our lease due to my daughters asthma. They are releasing us end of April. When I die, I will only have household possessions, clothes, some jewerly. My entire possessions if sold at yard sale prices would probably net less than $2,000. Would my daughter have to do a Small Estate Affidafidt for my few earthly possessions? The cost of filing and hiring a lawyer would surpass the value. I may have to go on Medicaid as well- do they go after personal possessions (not property)? I would hate to have to cause such a burden for such few possessions. Thank you!
