I have permanent guardianship of my granddaughter since 2000 she is now 13. She went for her first time out of state to see her mother for 2 weeks. When the visit was almost up she sent a message that she is not sending her back and is filing some papers and states that i can call and talk to her after thats all done. What rights does she have? How do i go about having my daughter send her back home? I researched and no papers have been filed here.can she file in that state to terminate guardianship?

I am the single mother of a severly multiply disabled child. Before moving to Phoenix last year I lost conservatorship of my son's estate. It is very difficult to get things paid for through the court-appointed fiduiary and I don't plan on moving back to detroit. What steps do I need to take to regain the conservatorship?

We own a ground floor condo. The condo above us is rented to some very noisy people, including loud repetitious boom-boom "music". Police have been here 4 times. What can we do? My husband is a drug addict who has been evading service as of 2014/2015. Just when I was almost done with proceedings, he moved to a different state. I didn't have the money to start over and have since become unemployed. I don't want to end up responsible for his bills once my bankruptcy is through. How can I get help? My area states they don't handle divorces so I don't know where to turn.

i found out that the people i have been renting form are not the legal owners of the property a law firm left notice on my door saying everyone has to vacate the property what rights do i have
