Other neighbors paid when job was complete. She owes me $378. I want to avoid small-claims court but can't find information about mediation. What are my options?
  • I own a mobile home and rent the lot. Starting January the mobile home park owner wants to raise the rent by 70.00 dollars 9.69 % more than what we pay now. His reason is because he wants to install new fence around the whole mobile park and repair the roads because they are cracking and a pool. He saids we are in charge of paying for all repairs for everything that has to do with the property. Is this true?
