I was arrested at 19 with a pound of marijuana and charged with 4 felony counts of possession. One charge was for the marijuana, one for a medicinal bottle, one for a bong and one for another medicine bottle with a small amount from the pound in it. After going to court my case was dismissed without prejudice and i payed a $1000 fine to the court as well as completing a small course booklet sent to me at home. I am now 21 and determined to enlist in the Army so I am trying to have my case completely dismissed or expunged from my record.I am not sure which I should try for or the process on how?

My husband who is 34 gave a sperm sample, via a specimen cup, over 10 years ago to a lesbian couple he was friends with. They all signed a mutual agreement that he had no legal rights or responsibilities to any child created from this donation. The lesbian couple moved away and my husband has not heard from them in 10 years. No the mother who carried the child is coming after my husband and I for Paternity and Childsupport. My husbands first wife did not keep their copy of the signed agreement and the other female in the partnership passed away a month ago. What on earth do we do now?

I have a 4 yr old daughter and have legal joint decision making with her mother. I have her half the time and sometimes more. I have back child support that I am paying off monthly. 200.00 goes to back 100.00 goes monthly. I pay for daycare twice a week out of pocket and her mother gets state assistant for the rest of the days. I have paid more for child support at times but never less. I have another child , full time job and new family. Her mother is very difficult to talk to and my daughter is coached from her. Can I have my child support lowered or have it all paid to back child support?

I have a 6 month old child with a guy I used to date. We were never married. I want to know can I get full custody of our daughter. He is on the birth certificate and the notarized paternity papers. He is very unstable. He has abused me. He has been threatening me because I won't allow him to see her. I'm actually really scared. He keeps saying he wants nothing to do with her, she's not his, she can die. A bunch of hurtful things. The maybe a couple hours later he may say he's sorry and didn't mean it.But this has been ongoing for the month. He is always back and forth with his comments.
