I am being accused of a crime I didn't commit I gave my statement to police. They stated they didn't believe I did the crime. Now two detectives want me to go to police station for same matter. I have received tax bill from the IRS for $630 plus charges of $284 from 2011 I have no money except my SS- $725 plus food stamps and cannot pay and I am just over a bout of throat cancer treatment and can not work or add to my income so find it impossible to pay the tax and the penalty can you point me to some one who can help me.

I am the guardian of my 2 grandchildren (their mother is my oldest daughter) she had been in a domestic violence situation with the kids dad (he is in prison until July 2016) she lives with friends, no job, possible drugs. He does drugs and has a new girlfriend pregnant. I do not want either of them to obtain children EVER. What can I do to protect the kids and myself since Arizona tends to want to reunite children and parents. This is not a good idea with either of the biological parents. I love them to much to have them suffer. Guardian since 2010, they are age 9 and 6. suggestions?

I recently divorced, and due to an error the request to restore my maiden name was not checked on the decree. I currently live out of state for graduate school, though I still hold an AZ driver's license and remain registered as a resident in Pima County. Since I am out of state, how do I now go about getting my name restored?

My son is 2 and a half years old. His biological father is around but hasn't had communication with my son for a while now. He never supported me financially and has been incarcerated more dan 2 times. He also has a deportation order. Do I still need his consent to remove his last name and my fiancé adopte him?
