my x-girlfriend and i have a set of twins but before they were born we got caught in a bad situation and got in trouble with the law. im now in prison and my sons were born, ive never seen them and she says i never will. she is also on her way to prison and i want a paternity test and i want to no my rights. the problem is she doesnt recieve any public assistance and she never will. what can i do??

My wife has a debt that she has not been able to pay because she has no income and has not had income for 5 years. The collection company has frozen our bank account and I cannot pay our bill now. She has not made any deposits to this joint account. How can I get this hold off of our account? she does not want to contact the collection company. My husband and I are being sued by a creditor for a disputed unpaid debt of $10,000 on his credit card.
