What are the grounds for a tenant to be given a 5 day eviction notice?

If someone is on an Interstate Compact from Oregon to AZ and on parole, and they get put in jail; don't they still have the right to know why they've been put in jail? Especially after 3 weeks, with no appearance before a judge given, and Oregon says they still haven’t heard anything from Arizona and they usually don’t on these minor violations. I was told by a PO that my Son was being locked up for a parole violation of two diluted UA’s in a row. My son had to hear from me why he was locked up. They never told him his UA’s were coming out diluted or why he was being locked up.

We have 5 months left on our lease. The homeowners informed us in Jan. 2014 that they will be selling the home. We have been very accommodating for private showings.Now they want to have a open house and asked us not be present along with our dogs. We said okay with the open house but we will be there.Now they are nit picking us , we have been there for three years with NO issues whatsoever. I heard they if they want to sell it as vacant they can "buy us out" of our lease and give us moving expenses as well. Is that true?

My lease ended on August 19th, 2013; when I went to the office to turn in the keys and schedule a moving out walk-through I was told that it wasn't necessary as no deficiencies were found in the apartment. I am a Registered Nurse and have worked continuously as a RN in the Phoenix area for 37 years. This year a requirement for proof of citizenship is required. I have my Certified birth Certificate but it is not acceptable by the State Board of Nursing because my first and middle names are reversed from what the Arizona State Board of Nursing have on file. The only documentation I received to verify the change was my social security card. I am a Medicare Benificiary and I receive Social Security Benefits. I have been researching the accepted lists for proof of citizenship and find that Arizona states if you have been accepted into the Medicare program no other proof of citizenship is required. I have been a Medicare Benificiary since I was 65, a total of 6 years. However, the Arizona State Board of Nursing lists do not include enrollment in Medicare as proof of Citizenship. What can I do to prove I am a United States Citizen?
