Question: I have a lease to purchase contract with a couple. The man has recently passed away. The estate of this man is trying to have the contract "disallowed". I'm trying to find out how to file a "petition for allowance" in Pima county. I live in Indiana.

Answer: It is always best to contact the Clerk of the Court for the county in which you intend to file to ask questions about specific filings and other court processes. The Pima County Clerk of the Superior Court may be contacted as follows: 110 West Congress St. Tucson, AZ 85701 Phone: (520) 724-4200  Fax: (520) 798-3531
