I work for a mobile home community owner. The local municipality supplies our water. They also are responsible for maintenance of the water distribution system up to and including their meter. We then submeter the water at each individual site for each homeowner. We are also responsible for maintaining the distribution system from the City's meter up to and including the meter on each homeowner's site. Then the homeowner is responsible to maintain the system from the submeter cutoff valve into their home. This is the same with all utilities - gas & electricity. Is this correct?

We have found black toxic mold in the house we are renting and we just gor the report back from the inspection expert and it has confirmed the mold to be highly toxic. We are afraid that once we tell the landlord he will evict us. What are our rights? We have asked the landlord to fix things in the past and his answer was I will let you out of the lease instead of fixing the problems. We really could use some legal advice.Thank you.

My kids are not liking the current visitation - 5/2/2/5. If I change to only seeing the kids on the weekends, the extra child support may be too much. My Ex said she is ok with asking me to pay $461/mo (up from 211/mo), which I can handle, but it looks like the law says that just because my Ex and I agreed on this does not mean the Judge can or will approve - it looks like he needs a compelling reason why the "guidelines" should not be followed. Will the judge ok our agreement, or insist the guideline be followed?
