I am a Vet and I have alimony and child support, im also disabled, and cannot work. Can my Disability and VA comp be garnished?

I am renting to own my manufactured home from my landlord who is in turn paying off loan company. The contract she wrote and we both signed but was never notarized or witnessed states that I will rent the home" as is" meaning she is not responsible for any damages. The septic tank is broken and flooding badly enough that one side of the house has sunken into the ground. The clogging from the septic has caused leaks and clogs in water pipes causing mold in walls and insulation under house ruined. A lic. Plumber informed me that the septic tank got broken when she installed it previous to my renting. It is also illegally placed too close to house. Also, my mother paid my rent in February and when I asked my landlord if she received this money she stated no. I called my mother to confirm she did go there then I called landlord back and told her I knew she was lying about it and she admitted that she had in fact lied about how much rent I actually owe her. What can I do about all of this?

My mother passed away 5 yrs ago. Estate has never been settled in probate or anything. My sister moved her son into the home that was willed to us. He pays her the mortgage payment and she makes sure everything is paid. Home is still in deceased mothers name. We had verbal agreement that he would also pay me $200 a month and isnt paying anymore. I want to settle in court due to no executor of estate. My sister assumed executor but refuses to settle. I want her to buy me out and I will sign off on estate and she can do what she wants. What can I do???

What do I do if I am being harrassed by my property manager?

Six months into a twelve month lease my landlord sold the property. Now the new landlord is telling me that I must sign a new lease. Although she is not raising our rent, other provisions of the new lease are objectionable to me. Must I sign this new lease to preserve my status as a legal tenant, or must the new landlord accept the terms of my original lease?

I paid a full deposit on a particular apartment to rent.I was told it would be ready within a specific time frame. now the manager said the apartment is not ready to rent and I have no where to go. Are they liable?

My parents are on social security income only and we are evaluating whether to put my Dad in a nursing home. He would most likely be eligible for ALTCS. My parents own their home and it is the only asset left to support my mother. I heard that a nursing home can take half the house value if the house is sold within 3 years of my father entering a facility. Can the home be put into a trust for my mother or sold to a family member before my father enters a nursing home to avoid this?

I am paying child support for 3 children over 18. I was told by AZDES that it doesn't matter. I have to pay forever. I find that hard to believe. They are all in their 20s with children and married. I have only 1 at home who will 18 in 6 months. I've requested a modification and that's when I was told it doesn't matter, I will pay my ex forever.

When a person passes away are the outstanging debts,like credit cards passed on to their adult children?

I was laid off from my job. Is there a time deadline that the employer has to give me my final paycheck? This is delaying my unemployment benefits application. Thank you.
