Lived at Board and Care in Dolan Springs. The owner took my monthly check and deposited it in an account without my knowledge and she would not give me any information about what bank this account was in nor the number to the account. When I left her board and care in July she told my hospice RN that she would be closing this account. I have no way to find out if the account existed and if it did has she closed it by now.

During my current 6 months of employment, I was hired as a 1099 employee and then transitioned to a W2 employee (paid salary + commission)and then forced back to a 1099 employee by my employer. Despite earning commissions from the first month of employment, I have yet to be paid any commissions. They initially told me I they would pay them and then they ignored by requests for payment. Can an employer withhold and deny paying earned commissions and if so, how long. Are they subject to any penalties or fines for will fully with holding earned commission? What can I do?

We signed a new house on july 19th, and before we moved in, we hired a cleaning company trying to clean the entire house. The thing is when the cleaning company was cleaning, they found out a bunch of fleas inside of the house. We asked landlord see if he can refund the rent for the days before the entire house completly cleaned. Should be the landlord responsbility to take care of it before we move in? Can we ask for the refund the rent for the days we can't live inside of the house?

I was evicted from my apartment on November 3rd, 2016. I received a five day notice and stupidly and irresponsibly believed my boyfriend when he told me that he went to the office and paid it. However I never received a Court summons by a servitor and never received any certified mail. I went to the office to get copies of the paperwork and all she gave me was a copy of the eviction action and the writ of restitution. Can they evict me without notifying me of the court date?
