my exwifes boyfriend physically abused her and harrassed her he left bruses on her face that took over a month to heal i got her away from him and somehow he talked his way outa her pressing charges she earsed all the pocture and texts he sent her then she lied to me and said she filed a police report and she didnt he now lives with her and she says now he barley touched her now we have the kids seperated and we havnt exchanged in 5 months and she wount answer texts calls or emails i need to keep him away from my kids since shes met him he has made her choose him over her kids what do i do

landlord is wanting to list the home for lease and have access to the home. Do they have this right? The lease is not up for 4 mote months. We have offered to leave earlier and she does not want that. But thinks she has the right to list and show the home.

I wish to sell my mobile home located in a MH Park. The Owner of the park told me I have to sell it to him under the "Right of First Refusal" Law. I do not want to sell it to him, as he will use it as a rental. He is using this ROFR for personal gains. I have a buyer already. Does he have the right to force me to sell it to him under this ROFR? He has this written in current Rules and Regulations for tenants. He has already obtained two MH’s from owners by using this statement, and is now renting them out. Is this legal?

My husband was invol in an auto accident and the insurance adjuster thinks it's an open and shut case.He is no help and we'll probably be sued. We ave no money. What do we do? We have a park model home in a park here in ehrenberg, and we just received an email stating our space fee will increase 45% (300 to 425) beginning August 1st. That is only 11 days notice. In the same email it was stated that the park manager had made a mistake and did not charge this amount beginning January 2016 due to his own error. He states that he will forego the 1050 difference and just implement the new rate going forward. Is there a minimum amount of time they need to notify us of the increase? 30 days or something?

I recently had to move since my landlord sold the home we were renting. I have asked for my deposit to be returned. He simply ignores my letters. How can I force him to return the deposit?

A credit card company recently bumped our % rate based a payment that was 4 days late. We cannot make the new payment and they refuse to work with us. Is it better to make partial payments or no payments from a legal standpoint?

Is it the responsibility of the Property Management company or the tenet to bring a building up to code if the building was leased already not in code? My property management company rented me a commercial facility that was no where near up to code, five years ago. The company is now trying to force me to bring the building up to code(needs electrical, new roof, etc.) none of that was up to code when I rented it. It’s been five years of the building not being up to code, now that I’m in my last 4 months of my lease they’re pulling this. Just need advice.
