Is it considered discrimination if a surgeon charges self pay patients twice as much as insured patients?

my apartmetns complex recently change management, I have been there for almost 3 yrs never had a problem now they are saying that I have to get rid f my plant, my electrical grill and charcoal grill which I know that im not suppose to use on my balcony, i use it 10 feet away from there which they say its allowed it does not say anywhere on my lease that I cannot have that on my patio balcony now they are saying that i have to get rid of them or they will do it for me is this allow?

Can I get an order of protection against my husband for verbally and emotionally abusing me and our teen daughter? There is no act of physical violence, but there was a reported act if violence five years ago. Although I don't have any fears if him hurting us physically there is almost daily verbal abuse, yelling, name calling, etc.

My landlord put a notice to pay rent or quit on my door for harrassment because I questioned her about property (SRP electricity pre-paid box) belonging to my mother and also because I talked to her about trying to make my mother pay rent for an apartment she vacated two months prior with the landlords consent. Now he has a black on blank Benz . He has a Bently he has a monster truck . He has a motor cycle hardly Davidson & dune buggy while I'm struggling with my son to get by . My boyfriend was supporting us him & I are no longer together . How can I get child support from the guy without him getting any legal right

I share a deed with right of survivorship with my adult child. She married and moved to another home. She and her new husband want to buy a new home with space for me to live and will deed my amount on current deed to a new deed with survivorship rights for my adult child. Am I able to still protect her against the Medicaid Recovery Program?
