My landlord has sold the house I am renting. I have 10 months left on the lease. The new home-owner is not buying the house as "occupied". I have agreed to move out. Do the old homeowners owe me any sort of compensation because they broke the lease (comparable to what I would owe if I were the one breaking the lease)? I had about 1 weeks notice. Thanks!

We signed a 4 month lease at an RV Storage facility to rent a 60' space for our 20' trailer, because we were told only 60' spaces were available. After parking the trailer in the assigned space we discovered it is not 60' but 40', which rents for $75 per month. The facility continues to insist it's a 60' space, refuses to measure it & refuses to change our rental rate to $75. They only offer to move us to "another" 60' space as a solution. Is it legal for them to overcharge us like this? What recourse do we have? We suspect they're doing this to others. Isn't this fraud? What rights do we have

My ex and I were never married. We have a two-year old son. He has court ordered visits twice a week. He is currently homeless. he cannot be trusted with the child and the child has come home from visits unfed and with a dirty diaper and dirty clothes. When we take him to visit, they're usually at his mother's house- but she moved out of state. Now he refuses to tell me where the visits will be. I'm wondering, with him being homeless, can I break the court ordered visits? We have court again the second week of September.

I have sole legal and father last known address is CA. Last attempt to serve was done by alternate service and last known address. He has not exercised visitation in almost 3yrs. Has history of Domestic violence. Sole legal was given 1yr ago. I'm currently needing to move out of state. Since he is not in AZ I'm not sure if I need to file with the court. Or just update my address. My last attorney said I'm free to go where and when I need but never said how.

My apartment owners are known for being cheep, with this they have neglected to maintain the sewage system thus backing it up. It has happened a few times. This time it flooded my apartment with other peoples urine. The carpets have not been replaced in 5+ years. Their solution is for us to clean it up ourselves. The only thing they did was entered the apartment unannounced to use without leaving any information they had been in there to vacuum. Its still wet. What laws is this violating and can we as tenants make them replace the carpets and reimburse us for ruined clothes in the bathroom?
