I have joint & several restitution,i have never paid into, i served prison time, they didn't. Now, it's going to go to an outside collection agency. I am in fear they'll try to take my husbands income by force. Can they do this? He is not involved at all.

My father passed away 10/22/13. He had a Revocable Family Trust, I was listed as a cotrustee. I was promised a copy of the trust several times but haven't seen it yet. If wife of 7 or 8 years is refusing to let me see it and says it will now be changed and if there's anything left when she passes we'll get then. Is she required by law to give me a copy of the trust now? Don't I have a right to see what the trust says on the day of my father's death? Please advise.

I purchased a home about a year ago with my domestic partner. I am the only person financially responsible for the home. I added my domestic partners name to the title as a joint ownership. My husband and I are going through a divorce due to domestic violence. He has pleaded guilty on the aggravated assault on my daughter (not his child) however did not plea guilty to the assault on me. Either way does his criminal case effect custody (for our common child) in any way due to the nature of the crime?
