  • I have received a Notice of Trustee sale on my condo and that it will be sold at public auction. I don't know what to do.
  • My now husband bought a home in 2007 at the peak of the market (before we were married). We can no longer afford the house payment and are now married but only his name still exists on the title. If he forecloses on the home, will both our credit be affected although we got married after he bought the home and the title is still only in his name?

  • I worked here for a short time,they paid my rent. was let go mid month, end of month received eviction letter stating I owed half month plus up coming month. this after I contacted their boss. Paper received cert.mail , is not signed nor does it have dates or amounts on it. Is this all legal? or is this a case of Retaliation?   • I moved into an apartment and signed a one year lease, which is up in October. I signed up for Direct TV and they installed a satellite dish. Other tenants have dishes, as well. The complex changed property mgmt companies in June and they told us we had to discontinue our service and remove the dishes, as they were painting the outside of the buildings. They also told us we could not reinstall the dishes. I haven't had TV service since July 1. Can I legally break my lease without cost to me?
