About two weeks ago our shed caught on fire in the middle of the night while we were asleep. The fire department determined the cause unknown. Who's responsibility is it to have the ashes and debris removed from the yard, mine or the landlords?

My landlord was supposed to only go into the basement threw the basement door the one day with the plumber. She ended up walking all threw my home and told me about my child's room and drawers were went threw. But she claims my 8 lb yorkie dog and pooped on the floor and this was only 3 days after I moved in . She now gave me a eviction letter because of one piece of dog poop that I did not see and was not there when I got home from work. I always keep dog in cage while I'm not home . Can she evict me over this. She says in lease I can have the. Dog

I am looking to purchase a mobile home on a rented lot. The mobile home has a shattered sliding glass door and the swamp cooler is not working. Are these things the landlord is required to have fixed before I purchase the home? I'm not really concerned about the swamp cooler as I own window units, but concerned about the door. The glass was completely shattered on the mobile side of door, presumably by previous tenant who was evicted.

What is my rights? I work for a major company and while I had a temp manager they stole two of my major accounts without my knowledge and transferred them to other reps on other teams and I lost out on 1,000,000 in sales. The company has policy in protecting reps from going into accounts that does not belong to them or assigned to them. Behind my back they stole my accounts and next thing I know they closed about a 1,000,000 in business that was rightfully mine. Do I have legal rights? Our company rules of conduct / ethics and policy stAtes that no other reps are allowed to go into other assigned accounts nor other territory that is assigned to other sales reps. This all happened during the time I did not have a current manager in place because my manager left the company and the company was looking for new manager to fill that position. As I stated I had a temp manager who was not my manager. Please advise

I'm 17, I bought a car from my aunt, with MY money, and my dad put it under his namename until I turn 18, so Now we move toto Ga from PaPa, and I want to move back and do my senior year. (I'll be 18 mind you) and now they say they won't give me my car till graduation, which will make it hard to move back toto pa to do my senior year and graduate.They also said they won't lay me any money I paid fo it.

Do I need to disclose my misdemeanor for graduate school applications and even future employers even though it has been set aside for judgement?
