I rented a house from a realtor and was in the house for over a year and a half and gave her a month and a half notice when I would be moving out. I am a smoker and no where in my lease does it say anything about not smoking in the property, now she is saying it will come out of my deposit whatever it cost her to get rid of the smoke smell. Is this legal?

Ex & I have a child. First 1.5yr of her life he was MIA, always drunk/selling drugs. 2016 I got married. Custody court ended up being 1 mo after ex got locked up. We moved to Texas & ex wasn't sticking to court even though we sent money for phones/letters he would go almost a year at a time w/out contact. We got a lawyer and filed for Termination so my husband can adopt her. 2 year of fighting with AZ prisons/courts and now he's deported to Mexico. We are moving back to Az. What options do we have to get my husband any type of legal rights/adoptions.

Recently they have begun deducting the % of $ credit charges cost from my commission as well. They deduct this before my paycheck is cut. For example they show me a spreadsheet with my compensation as $7000.00 -500 shipping -500 cc fees (and sometimes other deductions) = $6000.00 since these fees are deducted can i write them off on taxes and is this even legal?

Our concerns are how can we do this and how would our granddaughter keep her AHCCS? We have insurance through my husbands work, but our granddaughter would lose her mental health support if her AHCCS were to stop. What can we do to keep her safe and keep her mental health support?
