I have a tenant in my home and they are moving out In September so I have decided to sell my home and put it on the market. They are refusing to let me do open houses, or have people come in and see the home. They said no one can enter not even when there home! I need to sell my home so by the time they leave it will have been sold hopefully. I cannot afford to house payments. I don't know what to do. My realtor has called them and ask to do showings when there home, and they refuse. I feel like there hiding something. Please help!

I was arrested for driving on a suspended license nov. 2014. They just filled charges on 8-2015. I was taken to the station where he was going to cite and release me. He started to search my purse in which he found dangerous drugs. I did not know it was in my purse. but where he found it went beyond just frisking. Is this correct procdure when being arrested on a traffic violation?

I locked myself out of my apartment and was denied entry by management for 3 1/2 hours. Is this legal? I asked to be let back in and the guy (who has a key) told me it wasn't his job to let me back in.

I was arrested for receiving stolen property before my arraignment i bailed out on my first court date i went to court and there wasn't aany charges filed the judge told me to come back in a month i did and at the time charges still we're not filed and the judge exonerated my bail and told me i was free and now i have a warrant for my arrest what can i dog

If you are not the landlord of some one who lives in the same home as you in the garage again I am not third landlord and this person doest pay the power bill it gets shut off I am forced to turn it on in my name and I told him he can pre pay me the 121st bill what his part would be or I would not turn on the power to the garage because I wasn't going to pay for him to use the power and not pay do I have that right?

My mother passed away. She does have a will and I was nominated as the executer and trustee. I am the sole beneficiary. She only has a bank account but when the account was setup nobody was on the account but her. no payable unpon death. What is required by the bank for me to access the account to begin paying for her expences? Her will did state that I shoud have immediate access without going through the courts.
