QUESTIONS

  • Can I the owner of the property, turn off electric if the tenant has not yet been evicted, but has failed to pay rent.

  • We belong to a golf club. They offer an annual trail fee which allows us to use our personal golf cart. We paid this annual fee in June. We have decided to move out of state and requested that the unused portion of the annual fee be returned. The club manager says they do not refund any part of this fee. He said that having somebody else stay with me without his approval meant I broke the lease and he could evict me.
