If the water heater in the condo unit I rent has been faulty & running 24/7 causing the electric bill to be MUCH greater than it *should* be (once it was finally checked out & dealt with the hourly charges dropped by 80-90%) how should I proceed re:bills? $200-$300 for 900sqft 2bd1bth before but *now* once fixed it's ~$80. I began asking the owner in late June/July to have someone check this out as it was not accurate (he insisted the electric be in his name--leaving me unable to speak to/arrange anything without going through him), but he dragged his feet for months until now here we are.

I worked for an AC company and during that time of my employment my AC needed service. They fixed it at a discount price and we agreed that I would make weekly payment until the balance is paid. Well I was terminated before being able to pay off the balance. My question is can they withhold that from my final paycheck? Also they're charging me for a price book that I dont have and some uniforms that were missing but I turned in whatever uniforms I had. Can they withhold that as well?

My son's father and I have had a verbal mutual agreement with him helping me with child support so we would not have to deal with the court. We are still "legally married". He has another kid and is paying child support through the court, which then brought my case as well. The day of the ruling the judge asked if I agreed to have dad pay back child support from three years ago, which I said yes. Can I waive the back pay order, once it has been placed without having to interfere with the current monthly child support ruling?
