My family has been living at our location for over 3 years. We just asked to renew our lease a few months ago. As we were going through the house to see what needs to be fixed and repaired, my wife and I admitted that a few things is our responsibility. Other things I feel should be our LL. We had someone say that who ever done the tile did a bad job, and that the kitchen needs to be replaced. That was why about 9 tiles cracked. The refrigerator is over 15 years old and she wants us to buy a new one. We told her about the garage door breaking. Her excuse that she had to pay over $1200 for this

my kids father file for coustody in 2008 and has had my kids since then, the case was dismissed because he did not continue the propper filling f paperwork. i have been in and out of prision in the passed years but i have no contact with my kids or there father since 2008. i would like to know what legal process i would have to go through to see my kids and possibly have coustody? also is coustody even possible for me to obtain being that he has had them for the past 3years? and being that i have a criminal record?

if an ex-spouse passed away and the court order stated that they were to receive 50% of the other spouses retirement. Does that make the order null and void? or does the 50% go into an estate?

The original lease was not an AZ Law Lease Form. One yearlease ended November 20he original 14. It has been month to month I severred eviction notice May 15, 2016 On the original non AZ form it states tenant has 60 days to vacate. Is this true or can I proceed with 30 days. I don't known if I have to honor the original (wrong state lease or go by AZ law eviction process. Thank you.
