QUESTIONS

  • The mother of my daughter lives with an abusive boyfriend and his 5 children. I currently have joint custody of my daughter and a split parenting plan. My daughter is being emotionally abused and has been required to see a therapist for physically hurting herself (she is only 8). The therapist told me I need to keep her out of that environment but I can't find any real information on emergency legal decision making and parenting time change in Pima county. The mother has threatened to move out of the country with my daughter if I try to take her back to court. What can I do??
  • It has been almost 7 weeks since my child custody trial and we still don’t have a decision. What’s the expected time frame for a judgement? My ex and I do not agree at all. I am rhe only party who provided any evidence. What should I do if anything? Thank you.
  • After signing a lease back in March 2014 for 13 months for a certain price, the company now is saying that they made a 2% tax mistake and making every resident pay the extra from now on...it just seems to me once the lease is signed they couldn't raise the rent....so can an apt complex do that?
  • We are senior citizens. A bank is offering us a home loan that we assumed was fixed interest-the rate dropped a fraction, even-then I happened to notice an unfamiliar phrase with a tiny checked box-'demand feature'. I looked it up: the bank can demand payment, calling the loan, at any time without giving a reason. It said that some states prohibit that practice. Is Arizona one? Calling the loan could destroy us and force the property into foreclosure.
  • I received a eviction notice on my door today giving me 24 hrs to get out of my moblie home. Yesterday they wanted to do an home inspection and enter my home but when i called and left several messages they never called back. If they told a particular payment from me within the last 30 days can they evicted me. They said they sent notice in the mail but they know my mailbox is broken. So i never received anything

Has not contacted her or I since then. She is now 8 and he now wants to see her again and wants shared legal etc. He is also now engaged and had a 2 year old. Is it likely he will just get visitation ? Or will I be able to get full custody ?
