Expunging or sealing records

questions & answers

Question: How would I have a set aside convication sealed from public access? Currently, the set aside convication is listed on the Pima County Justice Court website? Thank you.

Answer:

You may want to review the article posted on this site about setting aside convictions.

Sealing a record is different than removing information from a website. To get information removed from a website, consider contacting the Court directly.  A.R.S. Title 39 contains laws about public records.
