QUESTIONS

  • My Step-Mother has brought another man into my fathers household. The man who she claimed is her friend is now more than a friend. My step-mother and this man sleep together and my father knows about it. The problem I have is this man has a 10 page criminal history and he also is an alcoholic. Him and my step-mom get drunk and take my fathers car and don't return until the next day. There are four children living there as well and hear and see this man threaten my father. There is also drugs involved. I feel like my siblings and my father are in a very dangerous situation. What can I do? Help
  • I have three daughters 7,5 and 2 they was born in AZ. Me and the mother of my kids split up 2 years ago and I moved back home to WV last year. Since then I’ve been trying to talk/see(FaceTime) the kids and she has ignored me 95% of the time. I do pay her monthly($500-$700). Now when I don’t pay her daily for her drug use, she wants to file for abandonment on me. Can she do that?
  • My father recently passed. He remarried 8 mos prior to his death. He had a will & a trust. In the trust, he left me & my brother his house which had balance. The will/trust states that his wife can live in the house "rent free" because it was supposed to paid off with the life insurance policy. It doesn't state that she has to pay the house off, but it is implied. However, it does state that she must pay the utilities, maintenance, property taxes, etc. She has yet to file the trust with the county, is giving $ to other beneficiaries & trading in his vehicle for new one. Probate or Trust Atty?

I had been told by the previous manager that it's illegal for him to do so. Now the new/current manager says that he (previous Mgr) was wrong, misinformed. I need to get a straight answer. Not the he said, she said that happening. Thank you for your help
  • HI, I am deaf, and I am living in an apartment. Do we have the right to tell the Landlord not to let anyone come in without our permission cause they walk in when i shower or standing in kitchen with my boxers on, or sleeping... they got no right to come in without calling or texting me if i am home or not. Do i have the right tell them NO entrance? I was raped by a maintenance when i was in my 20’s so i do not like anyone coming in while i am sleeping or showering or standing in kitchen in my boxers. This maintenance just opened the door and i freaked out.
